Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Rules

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before service are eligible for refund (after processing fee). Urgent/emergency bookings may not be refundable.

No refunds for delays/cancellations due to strikes, weather, police or government restrictions, or closure of ghats/temples.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
