1. Nature of Services

WerInjay provides coordination, logistical support, and guidance in Varanasi. We do not issue or resell official temple tickets or permits.

2. Scope of Service

Our role is limited to facilitating arrangements (transport, vendors, priests, documentation). Payments made to third parties are outside our control.

3. Booking & Payment

Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm bookings. Payments must be made via official channels.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Force majeure events are beyond our control.

5. Liability

WerInjay’s liability is limited to the service fee paid.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under Varanasi jurisdiction.
